Your receipt is issued by your app store, not by Citily. The store collects the amount and remits the VAT; it is your contractual partner for the billing.
Android: open the Play Store → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history. Google also emails every receipt to the address of your Google account.
iPhone: your receipts are in your Apple account under Purchases; Apple emails them as well.
About a purchase we record that it happened, which period it grants access for and which price applied at the time of purchase (see our privacy notice). What does not reach us is your payment details, your billing address, and the amount your store actually charged you in your country and currency.
That is why we cannot issue a receipt for you: the seller and merchant of record is the store, and only it can invoice its own business.
